What’s New in Mortgage MarketSmart: November 2022

At iEmergent, we’re passionate about continuing to build features and add data that helps lenders plot growth strategies, reach their communities, and grow diverse lending. 

In the past few months, we’ve made quite a few updates to the platform and are excited to share how you can use them. 

Updates include:

• 2020 census tract updates
• The ability to add boundary layers (including 2010 census tract lines) to maps
• More convenient access to LO and RE agent contact info
• Locked, read-only projects
• Bulk editing for map locations
